Where are your products made?

Our ingredients are sourced from around the world, and often wherever the growing conditions are ideal. All of our products are manufactured in the United States in our FDA Registered and Inspected Facilities, which are subject to strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) Standards.

Are your products safe?

Absolutely! Many people are under the impression that the supplement industry runs free of any kind of regulations and standards, and that there is questionable safety. However, that’s not at all true.


  • All dietary supplement manufacturing, safety of ingredients, and marketing practices are regulated by The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)​ and are subject to regular supervision and inspection​.
  • Several independent organizations have been ​established in the supplement field, which ensure ​product quality and supervise the industry. Many of these quality programs for vitamins & supplements ​employ stringen​cies that surpass even FDA standards.
  • Nutrachamps participates in many programs t​hat surpass the standards that are required in most cases. Our manufacturing facility employs a system of procedures, processes​, testing​ and documentation to ensure that each product meets the potency, purity​ and quality that are ​promised.

Are you regulated by the FDA, and are your products approved by the FDA?

NutraChamps is regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. We must comply with the FDA’s regulations for manufacturing our products. In addition, all of our product labels and all of our product literature must comply with FDA regulations. Allergen labeling and adverse event reporting are also required to be performed. Our products are not pre-approved by the FDA because the FDA does not “approve” nutritional supplement products. Under the federal food and drug law, the FDA is only required to approve drug products. Because nutritional supplements are categorized by the federal food and drug law as food, and not as drugs, the FDA is not required to pre-approve them before sale, just as the FDA does not approve traditional foods before sale. However, the FDA inspects our manufacturing facility on a regular basis.

What are magnesium stearate & stearic acid, and why doesn’t NutraChamps use these in their products?

These substances are fatty acids that are usually combined with other manufacturing aids to make powders flow more quickly and easily during manufacturing. We choose to not use magnesium stearate, stearic acid, or vegetable stearates as manufacturing aids when we make our products since these substances can make nutrient absorption unpredictable.

If a product is past the Best Before date, does this mean that I shouldn’t consume the product?

Not necessarily. Although the product is past our recommended consumption date, if it still maintains good sensory and quality characteristics, you may decide to continue consumption. Your decision should depend on several factors, including how the product has been stored in your home and whether or not the product is discolored, rancid, or noticeably changed. For example, if the product was refrigerated, or kept in a cool dry place, and looks and smells normal this may allow for consumption after the best before date. If any signs of degradation are evident it’s best to discard the product.
